First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether a telerehabilitation program using a virtual reality (VR) app can improve thinking skills and social abilities in people with mild memory problems. About 480 adults aged 40-80 with subjective cognitive decline or mild cognitive impairment will use VR exercises at home guided by a therapist, or do traditional paper-based exercises. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, brain activity, and movement over 6 weeks and again after 3 months.
