Summary
This study tests whether a take-home virtual reality mindfulness program can lower stress, anxiety, and depression in doctors and advanced practice providers. About 32 participants will use VR headsets for guided mindfulness exercises at their convenience. The goal is to see if this easy-to-use tool helps clinicians feel better and more resilient.
