Summary

This study looks at how common moral distress, moral injury, and post-traumatic stress are among Mayo Clinic nurses. Over 21,000 nurses will fill out surveys to measure these feelings. The goal is to find out which work settings or roles lead to higher stress, so better support can be offered.
