NCT ID NCT06572202
First seen Sep 02, 2026 · Last updated Sep 03, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether a 14-session positive psychology program can strengthen resilience in nurses, who face high workplace stress. Researchers will enroll 80 registered nurses with at least one year of clinical experience. The program focuses on building cognitive, emotional, and spiritual strengths, such as identifying personal strengths, practicing gratitude, and fostering optimism. The study measures changes in resilience, stress, burnout, and job satisfaction to see if the intervention helps.
