Summary

This study looks at whether using virtual reality (VR) during a C-section can lower the risk of postpartum depression and anxiety. Researchers will compare 98 pregnant women who use VR during surgery to those who don't, and also check changes in certain brain chemicals. The goal is to find a drug-free way to improve mood and thinking after childbirth.
