This study looks at whether using virtual reality (VR) during a C-section can lower the risk of postpartum depression and anxiety. About 98 pregnant women will be split into a VR group and a control group. Researchers will measure mood changes and certain blood chemicals linked to depression. The goal is to find a drug-free way to support new mothers during surgery.
