NCT ID NCT07482852
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether playing a virtual reality music-movement game can improve mood and social connection in young adults aged 18-25 with mild to moderate depression or anxiety. Participants will be split into three groups: one playing a social VR game with others, one playing alone, and a waitlist group. The goal is to see if the social version helps more than solo play or no intervention.
