This study tested whether a 6-week home-based virtual reality exercise program is acceptable and beneficial for young people with cerebral palsy who are overweight and inactive. Four participants used a head-mounted display and off-the-shelf games to exercise. Researchers measured changes in body composition, blood pressure, cholesterol, and fitness levels.
