Summary

This study tests whether a mild electrical current applied to the scalp, called transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), can enhance motor learning in children with unilateral spastic cerebral palsy. Participants aged 6 to 17 will receive tDCS or a sham during five days of bimanual hand training. Researchers will measure changes in hand coordination and speed, as well as brain plasticity, to see if the stimulation amplifies the benefits of practice.
