Veterans fight depression with virtual reality adventures
NCT ID NCT05563805
Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week virtual reality exercise program can help improve physical and mental health for women veterans. Researchers will compare 40 veterans who use the VR adventure games to a control group, measuring changes in activity levels, mood, stress, and quality of life. The goal is to see if this fun, game-based approach can make exercise more engaging and help with common challenges veterans face.
