Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality-based assertiveness training can improve communication skills and reduce burnout in oncology nurses. Researchers will enroll 60 nurses who have worked in oncology for at least 6 months. The training uses VR to practice being more assertive, and the study measures changes in assertiveness, burnout, and emotional expression.
