NCT ID NCT07242495

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding immersive virtual reality (VR) 360-degree videos to aerobic exercise can improve memory, attention, and thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). About 34 people aged 60 and older with MCI will either do aerobic exercise alone or combine it with VR. The goal is to see if the VR-enhanced exercise leads to better cognitive function than exercise alone.
