Summary
This study tests whether vortioxetine, a drug currently used for depression, can help people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Researchers identified vortioxetine by testing many drugs on tumor samples in the lab. The trial will enroll 78 adults who will take vortioxetine alongside standard radiation and chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if it delays cancer growth.
