Summary
This study was testing a new drug called VMB-100, which is an mRNA that tells muscle cells to produce a protein (IGF-1) to help repair the urethra sphincter. The goal was to improve muscle function and reduce urine leakage in women with moderate stress urinary incontinence. The study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
