Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called VMB-100, which uses mRNA to help repair the muscle that controls urine flow. It was designed for women aged 18 to 55 with moderate stress urinary incontinence that did not improve with standard treatments. The drug was injected directly into the urethra to promote muscle regeneration. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
