Summary
This study looked at whether taking vitamin E together with the painkiller mefenamic acid works better than the painkiller alone for period cramps. Sixty women aged 15-35 with painful periods took either the combination or just the painkiller. Researchers measured pain levels to see if the combo offered more relief.
