Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week home exercise program can reduce pain and improve walking and brain function in young women with painful periods. Eighty-six single women aged 18-25 with moderate to severe period pain will do 30-minute sessions three times a week, including relaxation, core, and stretching exercises. The goal is to see if this drug-free approach can help manage symptoms and boost quality of life.
