This study reviewed medical records of 200 adults from an endocrinology clinic to see if taking vitamin D3 supplements lowered their chances of developing Long COVID after a COVID-19 infection or getting COVID-19 after vaccination. Researchers compared patients who took vitamin D3 with those who did not. The goal was to understand if this common supplement could offer protection.
