Summary

This early-stage study tests whether adding high-dose vitamin C and a special iron drug (ferumoxytol) to standard radiation and chemotherapy can help adults with a newly diagnosed aggressive brain tumor called glioblastoma. The main goal is to find a safe dose of the iron drug. The study involves 17 participants and will also track how long they live without the cancer growing.
