Vitamin c trial aims to boost quality of life in lung cancer patients

Summary

This study tests whether adding intravenous vitamin C to standard chemotherapy can improve quality of life for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. About 90 adults with incurable lung cancer will receive either vitamin C or a placebo alongside their usual treatment. The main goal is to see if vitamin C helps reduce side effects and improve how patients feel.
