First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding high-dose vitamin C and an iron-based drug (ferumoxytol) to standard radiation and chemotherapy can help control glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor. About 17 adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma will receive these added treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose, while also tracking how long the cancer stays under control and how long patients live.
