Summary

This study is testing whether virtual reality (VR) can help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) face their fears in a safe, controlled way. Thirty adults with OCD will try five weekly VR sessions that expose them to situations that trigger their symptoms. The goal is to see if this approach reduces OCD symptoms, anxiety, and depression.
