Summary

This study looked at whether a 15-minute virtual reality mindfulness session could help patients feel less anxious and stressed after heart surgery. 34 adults who had just left the intensive care unit took part. Half got the VR session plus standard care, and half got standard care only. The researchers measured anxiety, stress, mood, and vital signs like heart rate and blood pressure.
