Summary

This study explores whether a virtual reality mindfulness meditation program is practical and well-liked by older adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairment living in long-term care homes. About 36 participants will try up to 8 VR sessions over 4 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in mood, anxiety, and quality of life. The goal is to see if this approach can safely improve well-being and reduce loneliness.
