This study looked at whether virtual reality (VR) experiences are practical and helpful for seriously ill older adults living in nursing homes. Researchers tested two types of VR—computer-generated and film-based—to see if they could improve relaxation and ease common symptoms like pain, anxiety, and fatigue.
