Virtual reality brings calm to hospital bedsides

Summary

This study tests whether a short virtual reality (VR) mindfulness experience can improve well-being and reduce anxiety in hospitalized adults. About 42 patients will try VR and then compare their feelings to standard hospital care. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free tool can make hospital stays less stressful.
