Summary
This study compares virtual reality-based rehabilitation to standard physical therapy for 80 adults aged 40-65 with chronic low back pain lasting at least three months. Participants will do a four-week program, with some using VR exercises that provide real-time feedback on movement and posture. Researchers will measure pain, balance, mobility, and emotional well-being to see if VR offers extra benefits.
