First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether doing virtual reality exercises with other people (multi-player) is more motivating than doing them alone. It included 86 participants: healthy teens, children and adults with movement problems, and older adults with breathing conditions. The goal was to see if a social virtual environment improves motivation, involvement, and exercise performance.
