Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week virtual reality exercise program can help people with fibromyalgia manage their symptoms better than standard exercise. 80 adults with fibromyalgia will be randomly assigned to either the VR exercise group or a regular exercise group. The goal is to see if VR reduces the impact of fibromyalgia on daily activities, fatigue, sleep, and pain.
