Summary

This study tests a virtual group lifestyle program for women with metastatic breast cancer. The goal is to see if different levels of support help participants stick with healthy habits like diet and exercise. About 100 women with stable HR+/HER2- breast cancer will take part. The program aims to improve well-being and quality of life.
