Summary

This study tests a 5-week virtual cognitive training program for people aged 65+ with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Researchers want to see if the shorter program works as well as the standard 8-week version to improve memory, thinking, daily function, and mood. Participants will attend weekly group sessions online and complete memory tests and questionnaires with a study partner.
