Can a quicker brain workout help memory?
NCT ID NCT07366346
Summary
This study is testing if a shorter, five-week online brain training program is just as good as a longer eight-week program for helping older adults with mild memory problems. Researchers want to see if the shorter version can still improve thinking skills, daily life function, and mood while reducing stress for caregivers. About 100 participants will attend weekly virtual group sessions and complete memory tests and questionnaires.
