Home video workouts tested for aching knees

Summary
This study tests whether following exercise videos at home can reduce knee pain and improve function in people with degenerative meniscus tears. About 81 adults aged 40 to 65 with mild to moderate tears will participate. The goal is to see if a convenient video program works as well as in-person therapy.
