Summary
This study tests whether progressive resistance exercises or aerobic exercises better improve knee cartilage and physical function in people aged 35-55 with degenerative meniscus tears. 45 participants will be split into three groups: resistance training, aerobic training, or standard care. The goal is to find which exercise approach works best and to prepare for a larger future study.
