Summary

This study looks at whether showing patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) a video tailored to their specific disease type helps them prepare better for a colonoscopy. About 300 adults with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease will be split into two groups: one gets standard instructions plus a personalized video, the other gets standard instructions alone. The main goal is to see if the video group has cleaner bowels during the procedure, which can make the exam more accurate.
