Summary
This study tests whether watching short video lessons instead of reading chapters can help adults with binge eating disorder stop binge eating. Eighty adults will either watch weekly videos or read text-based materials for 13 weeks, with brief online coaching sessions. The goal is to see if the video format leads to better remission rates and improved emotional well-being.
