Summary
This study compares video lessons to traditional reading for treating binge eating disorder. Eighty adults will receive either weekly videos or text-based readings, plus six short online sessions with a psychologist. The goal is to see if video-based therapy can reduce binge eating episodes and improve emotional well-being.
