Summary
This study tests whether watching educational videos about early movement before and after gallbladder surgery can improve recovery. 44 adults scheduled for laparoscopic gallbladder removal will either receive standard care or standard care plus video-guided mobilization training. Researchers will measure stress, pain, nausea, blood sugar, and how quickly patients get back on their feet.
