Shaking up frailty: can vibration therapy keep seniors stronger?

NCT ID NCT07205133

Summary

This study is testing whether adding whole-body vibration therapy to usual care helps improve muscle mass, strength, and physical function in older adults who are starting to become frail. It will compare two groups: one receiving vibration therapy plus usual care, and one receiving only usual care. The goal is to see if this therapy is a safe and easier alternative to traditional exercise programs for maintaining strength and independence.
