Summary
This study is testing whether giving extra support and training to case managers helps them better use a structured care plan for veterans. The plan focuses on managing pain and risky substance use, especially for veterans who have recently left military service. Researchers want to see if this approach helps more veterans get the right care and improves their pain levels and quality of life.
