Summary

This is a first-in-human study testing a new device called a vestibular implant. It's designed for people who have lost their inner ear's balance function, causing chronic dizziness and unsteady vision. The implant works like a cochlear implant but stimulates the balance nerves instead. The study will check if the device is safe and can help improve stability and vision during head movements.
