Summary
This study tested whether playing WiiFit games is more effective than standard balance exercises for people with dizziness and balance problems caused by inner ear issues. 42 adults aged 18-65 took part in a 4-week program. The goal was to see if the fun, interactive nature of WiiFit could boost motivation and improve outcomes like dizziness severity and balance control.
