Eye exercises may cure computer sickness

Summary

This study tests two types of exercises to help people who get dizzy, nauseous, or have blurry vision from using computers for long hours. 46 computer users will do either head-movement or eye-movement exercises for 4 weeks. The goal is to see which exercise better reduces symptoms and improves quality of life.
