Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common breathing machine settings is safer for patients undergoing gynecologic surgery. Researchers will compare how the settings affect lung pressure and brain oxygen levels in 120 patients. The goal is to reduce the risk of lung collapse and protect brain function during and after the operation.
