Summary
This study looks at two ways of using a breathing machine during laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. It compares volume-controlled and pressure-controlled ventilation to see which one better protects lung function and brain oxygen levels. About 120 women aged 18-70 will take part. The goal is to find the safest method for patients in the head-down position with gas inflation in the belly.
