Summary
This study tested a drug called varoglutamstat (PQ912) in people with early Alzheimer's disease. The goal was to see if it is safe and if it could slow memory and thinking problems. The trial was stopped early, so we have less information than planned. About 112 people took part, receiving either the drug or a placebo for at least 24 weeks.
