Summary
This study observed 92 adults with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or ulcerative colitis) in Switzerland who were taking vedolizumab either as an IV infusion or a shot under the skin. Researchers tracked which route patients chose and why, and how long they stayed on treatment. The goal was to understand real-world patterns, not to test the drug itself.
