First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study watched 165 people with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or colitis) in Poland as they started or continued vedolizumab treatment. Researchers did not give any treatment – they simply recorded whether patients chose intravenous (IV) or at-home injections, and tracked their progress for up to 24 months. The goal was to see what factors influence treatment choices and how well patients stick with their chosen option.
