Summary

This study is testing whether the antibiotic vancomycin can change the gut bacteria and immune system of people with newly diagnosed multiple sclerosis (MS). The researchers will give vancomycin or a placebo to 12 people and measure changes in gut bacteria, blood markers, and brain scans. The goal is to understand how gut bacteria might affect MS, not to find a treatment yet.
