Summary
This study looks at people who need a second heart valve placed inside a failing surgical valve. It compares two methods—ultrasound (echo) versus a tube inserted into the heart (catheter)—to see which gives a truer picture of how well the new valve works. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce complications. About 310 participants will be followed during and after the procedure.
