Veterans with PTSD may find relief from a simple ear or neck device

Summary

This study tests whether a small device that gently stimulates a nerve in the neck can reduce PTSD symptoms in veterans. Eighty veterans will use the device or a fake version at home twice daily for three months. Researchers will measure changes in brain activity, heart function, and PTSD symptoms using scans and questionnaires.
