Could a simple neck device help veterans with PTSD?

Summary
This study tests whether a small device that gently stimulates a nerve in the neck can reduce PTSD symptoms in veterans. 80 veterans will use the device at home twice a day for three months. Researchers will measure changes in brain activity, heart function, and PTSD symptoms compared to a placebo device.
