Neck-Zapping device could calm Veterans' trauma

Summary
This study is testing whether a small, handheld device that gently stimulates a nerve in the neck can help reduce PTSD symptoms in veterans. Participants use the device at home twice a day for three months. Researchers will measure changes in brain activity, stress responses, and PTSD symptoms to see if the treatment works.
