New laser study aims to ease menopause vaginal symptoms without hormones

Summary
This study tests a non-hormonal laser treatment for vaginal dryness, burning, and pain during sex caused by menopause. About 50 postmenopausal women will either receive the real laser or a sham (fake) treatment. Researchers will use a special camera to measure changes in vaginal tissue and track symptom improvement through questionnaires.
