Summary
This study tested whether pelvic floor muscle training combined with patient education can reduce genital and urinary symptoms in postmenopausal women. Fifty women with genitourinary syndrome of menopause took part in an 8-week program. The goal was to see if these non-drug approaches improve symptoms and quality of life.
