Summary

This study tests a non-invasive physiotherapy technique called vagal autonomic stimulation with trigger point release, added to standard blood pressure medication, for pregnant women with preeclampsia. The goal is to see if this drug-free approach can better control blood pressure and improve outcomes for both mother and baby. About 210 women with mild preeclampsia will participate, receiving either standard care alone or standard care plus the therapy.
